I have been doing Yoga for one year, because it may relieve my very bad stiff shoulders and neck.

1. Do you have any health problems such as stiff shoulders?

JR Hokkaido officially announced that they were facing very difficult situation to keep maintaining the railway facilities in near future.
The similar thing would be happened at not only JR but also high ways and water supply system.

Q1)  Some small towns are proposing the attractive plans to increase their population. Did you know any cites,villages or towns which succeeded to increase the population?

Q2)  If the transportation is the only issue for the rural area,
is there any better alternative transportation to replace JR?

Q3)  Considering the maintenance effort of other infrastructures, some small towns need to decide to stop maintaining the infrastructures and ask people to leave the town.
What are the pros and the cons of the idea?
