Pandemic --- It is a small world! No "border" for the virus.

There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved.
By George Sand (1804 - 1876, French, Writer)
Chocolate is a symbol of love in Japanese Valentine.

1. Do you like chocolate? Yes, I love! Tell me which chocolate brand you like, and how do you enjoy it?

2. Share your story about Valentine in your school days.

3. Share your story about Valentine after you start working.

4. What is your plan for this Valentine?

Pandemic --- It is a small world! No "border" for the virus.

1. Did you have a preventive injection for influenza vaccination this year? Tell us you did or not, and the reason.

2. At the end of the last year, a new coronavirus was detected from the Wuhan seafood market in China and has been spreading around the world rapidly.
Chinese government closed all airports and train stations on Jan 23rd, and also has banned both domestic and oversea group travels.
Except for those actions, how has each government or each person responded to prevent infection?

3. If a new virus is detected in Japan, do you think the Japanese government should lock us until a vaccine is invented?
Remember the first charter flight from Wuhan by the government arrived in Japan, two passengers denied to take a virus examination and the government allowed it as there is no legal basis to force it.
How should the private right and national authority hit the balance in such an "emergency" case?

Note: Wuhan is a big city with a population of 11 million ( similar to Tokyo), 800km from Shanghai and 1100km from Beijing.
Meanwhile, 800km distance means from Hiroshima to Tokyo, 1100km means from Hiroshima to Sendai.
