いつもの大阪駅前第ニビルの会議室で、恒例の18時開始の通常例会。

Topic 1 Let's share our thoughts regarding summer season.
We are already in rainy season (are we?), and soon, we are having hot summer.
Why don't we share each other's memory, thought, or idea regardingthis season?
1. Do you have tips to avoid discomfort like humidity, heavy rain, killer
sun beam?

ways to relax or refresh yourself?
Topic 2 : Equal pay for the same job system
Title: Will "Equal pay for the same job system" contribute growth
of country and its industry?
1.If Abe-san's idea, "equal pay for the same job whether or not workers
employed on regular contract" is implemented, job market, our working
style, and whole idea about work will drastically change.
Why is he trying to introduce “Equal pay for the same job? What is the
purpose of this idea?
2.What would good side and bad side be imagined?
3. Will this idea succeed to be enforced against long remained seniority
payment system (equal opportunity vs seniority system)?
4. Is this idea realistic to enhance competitiveness of Japanese industry(equal
payment vs industry cost competitiveness)? Why?
今回は、前半・後半通して9名全員でチャット＆ディスカッションをしました。
前半は、この季節（梅雨～盛夏）の思い出・夏バテの乗り切り方等について。
出張帰りに上司と超ロングドライブ（深夜３時半に帰宅）の話は、かわいそう＆申し訳ないけどちょっと笑えてしまいますね。
疲労のことを考えると既婚男性二人でラブホテルで（純粋に）休憩もありだったような…。
休憩の後は、テーブルをロの字に並べ直してちょっとフォーマルにディスカッション。
同一労働、同一賃金。
ぱっと見はとてもフェアな考えですが、日本社会には果たして合うのか…。
属人的な給与設定≒能力に対する給与設定 VS. 職務内容（≒結果）に対する給与設定、西洋合理主義 VS. 日本の非合理的なあれこれというような、対立したり関連する概念の整理がちょっとややこしいですね。
「いい学校に行ったら、いいとこに就職ができる、いいとこに就職できたら、いい給料がもらえる」という「暗黙の契約」が日本社会にはあるし、その中で生きる個人としては、社会の構造が途中で激変してその「契約」が破られるのは困る、というような発言が印象的でした。
フージャーズのディスカッションは、単に「英語で話す」だけでなく、テーブルを囲んだ参加者全員で、よりよい理解や結論にたどり着く為に議論を深めていきたいと考えています。
