What should government do for accepting more foreign workers or residents without problems?

Topic 1. REIWA

Japan has announced that the name of its new imperial era, set to begin on 1 May, will be "Reiwa" - beautiful harmony. (Not an April fool announcement! Timing was off, some could have thought it was a joke.)
According to the official announcement it comes from a section about plum blossoms in Manyoshu, a poetry anthology from the 7th-8th centuries, and suggests that "culture is born and nurtured as the people's hearts are beautifully drawn together."

1.How do you think about the new era name? Do you like it and why?
The gengo will appears on coins, newspapers, driving licenses and official paperwork.

2. Are there any impact on society or your life?

3. Speaking of which, have you done or seen any pranks or jokes on April 1st?

regardless of the scale, anyway.
If timing is off, it could cause relationship disasters.

4. When you done or seen the pranks or jokes, did you have cozy laughing or feel good?

She condemned what the criminal has done strongly but not personally.
The terrible tragedies test leaders to the full. Anyone watching from afar must be impressed with the way in which Jacinda Ardern has dealt with the aftermath of the Christchurch horror, anyway.
Coincidently, tragedies revealed the country’s policy and togetherness to the world. A truly inclusive society. New Zealand is a developed country for receiving refugees and migrants.
On the other hand, Japan's government decided to allow more foreign workers into Japan. Faced with a worker shortage, the government plans to establish a new work visa system from April following a revision to the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Law.
