Chairman of Keidanren (the Japan Business Federation) said thatthe lifetime employment system is no longer sustainable.
World Economic Forum suggests Japan is one of the most restrictivecountries in the world for employers to dismiss their permanent workers.
Keidanren expects to relax the restriction for more flexible employment.
The labor market may be stimulated if the employee can be dismissed more easily.
