The coming Golden Week could be 10 day consecutive holidays starting from 27 April to 6 May, since Emperor is scheduled to abdicate on 30 April 2019, and Crown Prince Naruhito will ascend the throne on 1 May.

I am planning now what I want and I could for the next Golden Week.

Title: What is the best way for municipal offices to handle the water supply

The amendment of the water supply law has been enacted by the Diet on 5 December.
Now municipal offices have choice of entrusting their operation to private-sector companies.
It seems there are more negative opinions on privatizing more than positive. Please let me hear your opinions!
